[5e]/[4e] Changing 4e game into a 5e game

HI r/DnD

So I have an adventure that is in 4e that our group was going to play but then we switched to 5e; now I was wandering how I could change the 4e adventure into a 5e adventure because the 5e adventure we played was a bit confusing for all of us.

Thanks in advance

The 5e adventure is : Hoard of the Dragon Queen

The 4e adventure is : Keep on the Shadowfell
