Karma at Starbucks

A customer was at the store when I arrived and this caught my attention because she wouldn't move when I tried to get a drink before my shift. My shift didn't start for another 20 minutes and she was still there talking with someone and not really paying attention to anyone trying to get in line to order. When I was placed at bar some 30 minutes later, she finally ordered. Since it was morning rush, we had a long line of people and my first drinks upon taking over at bar were four different frappuccinos and a smoothie. She walked up to the bar pick up area and kept trying to get my attention and that of the barista that I had taken over for. She asked me to move her drink up the queue and make it because she's running late for her meeting. I tell her that I have to make them in the order they came in and ask what her drink is. She tells me and I let her know that it will be ready in about one minute but she starts yelling at me so I decided to ignore her and went back to making the next drink. Well, she picked up a venti cup of hot tea while I was making the drinks and tried to throw it at me but the cup bounced on the counter or the maestrena and she burned her face. I heard the high pitched screaming and crying but was pulling the shots for a doppio espresso and steaming milk so I didn't want to lose track of what I was doing. Plus I had no idea at this moment about what was really happening. Four of my co-workers rushed over to help her and she told them it was my fault. I was confused and then I looked at the counter being cleaned up and placed her drink on the side. Not sure what happened because I was sent on a ten that turned more into a thirty despite only being on the floor for about 15 minutes or so. I was told to come back out and the police were there. The store had offered them free drinks and I don't know what happened to her but she was gone and her drink was still there until another impatient customer took off with it.
