The West win by a few against a weak east team damaged by the loss of stars Lebron James and Paul George. There is no exact clear MVP of the game but going off of game score Kawhi Leonard was the best option. Russell Westbrook would have probably won it if it weren't for his atrocious 7 turnovers.
