Eyebrow waxing and Accutane

So I made the stupid mistake of waxing my eyebrows while on Accutane. Granted, I didn't know, but I should have. Regardless, what's done is done and now I have really red "rug burn" marks between my eyebrows and under them. Should I go see a dermatologist or is applying Neosporin and Aloe okay? The pain has stopped after a few hours and its just the redness that remains.
