"Jesus, I am a sinner, please forgive me.

Come into my heart Lord Jesus and change my life.

I know that you are God's only begotten Son and that you are the only perfect person to walk this earth.

Help me to be more like you Jesus.

I want to be adopted into the family of God.

I want you to be my perfect Brother.

I want to have eternal life.

Lord, I want to have your Holy spirit living in me.

I want turn my life over to you Jesus and to learn to be more like you.

I want to be Born again.

I pray this prayer in your name Lord Jesus.

Thank you Jesus for changing my life and making it eternal. Thank you Jesus for making me part of your family. Amen (so be it). Hallelujah (praise the Lord)
