Creating a pledge process

So long story short myself and others are the founding fathers of a newer fraternity on a west coast campus. We're at about 35 guys now with a pledge class of ten. In short myself and a couple other people will be creating a pledge process. What worked well for you guys? what didn't? Any and all input is appreciated. Cheers
