LPT Request: How to be more vocal

I'm usually a pretty extrovert guy but for some reason, when it comes to meetings, I just completely shut up. I should probably mention that I'm in high school and meetings refers to meetings between members of the leadership teams that I'm part of. How do I fix this issue?
