Which Crimson Driver? 15.12 vs. 16.1.1 hotfix?

Just a little confused as to why both are listed on the driver download site ( http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+10+-+64 ).

Is 15.12 the "stable" release and the 16.1.1 hotfix a beta driver, or something?
