Weird Project. Need help locating a few components.

I've spent the last week going up to page 20+ in google results looking for answers, maybe someone here knows the answers.

I need to find the smallest stereo/mp3 player/audio device that:

- Runs on 12v. - Has a Remote Control with volume adjustment, play/pause, next/prev - At least 2 channel with RCA outputs. - Play MP3 off USB Drive.

Also maybe:

• Smallest Mono Amp around 250W@4Ω

• Smallest Woofer that's still got a bit of thump.
