Website that gives you your ranked win rates with other players?

I've been doing dynamic queue with a lot of different people and I'm wondering if there's a website out there that can give your win-loss records when playing with certain people. I looked around and the closest thing I could find was op.gg gives win rates with your 20 most recent games (and it's not exclusive to ranked).
