Family U.S. --> Denmark

I would like to move my family of 3 (soon to be 4) to Denmark some day. Me: Bachelor's in Economics, Supply Chain/Tech Consultant experience. My wife: Master's degree in Education (nursing) and experience in health care administration, nursing, and education.

I would like to know:

• Are employer's generally willing to hire foreigners who don't speak Danish?
• Would typical middle class careers such as ours be sufficient enough to afford living in a city such as Copenhagen?
• If an employer is willing to hire me, would this grant us some sort of temporary work visa?
• How difficult is it to maintain a visa and is it possible to become a permanent resident?
• How drastically will climate change effect the livability of Copenhagen and surrounding areas?
