[Help] Can't wake laptop via Ethernet WOL.

Hi folks, I'm attempting and failing to set up wake on LAN on a Dell Inspiron 7537 running Windows 10 on a wired network. I am only attempting local WOL, not over the internet.

I would like to be able to wake and shut down / hibernate / sleep the computer from my Android phone.

The [Dell Inspiron 7537] (http://www.notebookcheck.net/Review-Dell-Inspiron-15-7537-Notebook.104976.0.html).

[This is a video] (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eW0N69z7GtY) of the 7537 updated BIOS (I can't find an explicit Wake On LAN option).

I have enabled Wake on Magic Packet through device manager. [Screenshot] (http://i.imgur.com/ePXyOHg.jpg)

This [Android app] (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.vrallev.shutdown.android&hl=en) will successfully shut down / hibernate the computer with a java client running on the laptop but it will not wake it up from hibernation or shutdown. Others I have tried do not work for me.

I have shut off fast startup through the power management window and [intel rapid start] (http://i.imgur.com/7pT9r3T.jpg) through BIOS, no effect. Rapid Start is now back on.

I run a TP-Link Archer D7.

Thanks!!!
