Fraud / Scam Alert Service

Just read (at this reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/BitcoinBeginners/comments/44h47v/has_anyone_used_bitdaysorg/) that bitdays.org is a shady even fraudulent company. I am surprised that bitdays finds mention at the bitcoin wiki .along with a warning which means little. (https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/How_To_Buy_Bitcoins_With_Your_Credit_Card) .

I really want someone in the developer community come up with a list of best practices or a fraudwatch type of service which helps poeple checkup on fradulent vendors/exchanges/merchants etc posing as clean entities on the normal web.
