I feel dead

I'm in a brain fog and a major depression. Meds aren't working. Have a medication review tomorrow because GP is out of ideas, I'm a perfect patient but I'm not getting better. I'm scared of trying new drugs, I'm scared of coming off my old drugs. I'm just sitting outside with my e-cig and listening to Behemoth. I feel dead.
