This is a long shot, but housing near West?

I'd like to get out of my parents house this summer. I chose not to live on campus my first year because well it's expensive. I know most of you guys are probably Tempe peoples but hey, anyone know of some decent housing near West? Or literally even Glendale Peoria area, I live at 83rd and deer valley and I work at Arrowhead Mall, so kind of anywhere near work or school is good if anyone has any idea. I'm 90% sure you guys are going to say live with my parents for as long as I can (esp cause it's rent free and they pay my gas and insurance and virtually anything else) but living here comes with a lot of things I probably legally shouldn't have to deal with being 18.

Like I said it's a long shot, but hey! Maybe some obscure lurker knows something :)
