Sustain / Poke Jaina

I noticed this Jaina build during the tournaments.

Lingering Chill / Arcane Intellect / Ice Lance / Water Elemental / Ice Block / Northern Exposure

I also saw a variant with Conjurer's Pursuit.

Compared to the Q poke build, it misses out on Q range, Q pierce, and Icy Veins. Compared to the old standard, it misses out on W radius, and trait bonus damage.

I was thinking about some variations. Maybe Q Range at 1 and W range at 13 for safer poke? Maybe Icy Veins for more spam? Wouldn't this build also benefit from Ice Barrier at 16? It's bit of a damage loss, but it has good synergy.

I know that Ice Block is strong, but it's much less reliable outside of competitive play since both allies and enemies
