Importing selective data from another Excel spreadsheet?

Main spreadsheet is a database of people incl. an email field.

Second database of people has some overlap of people, with common email field. This spreadsheet also has a column (that isn't in the main spreadsheet) associated with each email.

Is there a way I can get that new column into my main spreadsheet but only for 'email' values I already have in the main one?
