Need help with studying art books

Hi r/ADHD, I have been trying to study some anatomy/art books lately, but everytime I try to read through the books I can't retain any of the information and I have to keep rereading everything. I also just can't sit still and often times I end up getting extremely bored/disinterested/distracted. Any advice?
