Can I do the CSS for this subreddit?

I feel that this subreddit deserves its own CSS because Wolf 359 is such an amazing podcast. A few months back I did the r/KakosIndustries CSS. If it is at all possible, would it be possible for me to also design CSS for this subreddit? I don't require moderator rights because I can test on my own subreddit before sending the completed version to a moderator.
