My banner is only 200px tall. How do I adjust it to fit?

I've tried simply taking away 100 from all in the header img addon but it doesn't seem to work that way for smaller headers. I'd also like for all of the banner image to be visible. With the announcement bar and such below it before the content and side. I've messed with a lot trying to get it to work but to no avail. The tabmenu is fine being on top the the banner because it is seethrough

r/muvonotestreddit is the sub i am messing with. It's for another sub but I am using this one to test.

EDIT: Okay, so i got the height issues of mine figured out and things where I want them. (Someone else asked about banners and that solution helped me figure things out) BUT my banner is still zoomed in a lot and I can't seem to figure that part out.
