FM Force Grip fails and goes to CD when animation fails.

I've verified it on regular, un-engaged mobs with no immunity. Use grip and mash your mouse buttons at the same time. The grip goes to cooldown but never happens.

I imagine this is unintended as it's the only skill I know of that can go to cooldown without executing. It happened a few times in pvp and when it happens during a petal storm or veil it's game breaking and almost guarantees a loss.

Edit: Yes I just called it force grip. You know what I mean.
