Problem with Better Twitch TV

I've noticed in streams when I'm using BTTV that I can't see certain bot command sayings/responses. Certain commands include ones where the response is the talking directly to me usually with an @. For example in streams that have a currency system, when I do the command to see how much of the currency I have, I don't see nightbot or the bot that's there responding to me. However I see it's responses to other people, just not ones that are directly to me. It only happens when I'm using BTTV and I've checked through all of my BTTV settings but I don't know what's causing the problem. Can anyone help me?
