How do I get my SCLA?

Hi all. This year I am going to try to get some accreditation under my belt, and instead of getting my AIC, I am hoping to get my SCLA. Unfortunately, I have been having a hard time finding a place or website in which to buy/start the courses for it. If anyone out there can point me in the right direction, I would be very grateful. I have asked multiple people where I work this (including my supervisor), and no one seems to know.
