Hair Oil Application Question

There is a hair product that i bought which is supposed to restore some beneficial oils to my hair after taking a shower, but I'm not sure whether I'm supposed to add this to my hair when it's wet (right after taking a shower), or after I blow dry my hair. Any thoughts/suggestions?
