Dull pain under collar bone, upper right chest.

Hey

I'm 15 and male and for a couple months now I've been having dull chest pain just underneath my shoulder and a bit by my right rib cage. I don't think I hurt it or anything and it only hurts at times when I move a certain way. It's just a dull pain and it Dosent hurt that much. I'm just worried it's something serious and it makes me paranoid. Anything will help, thanks.
