Writing the words 'I', 'You' and 'Your' too much. Suggestions on how to avoid this?

As the title says, when I write I use those words a lot. Almost in every sentence. I'm not sure how to avoid it or work around it when it happens. It gets frustrating having to read over and over those words and makes my writing sound repetitive and dull although I have good ideas in it. Anyone else get this problem and know a way to work around it?
