Is it possible to improve this five generation photo with my recently-passed great grandma?

I know this photo is very poor quality. My aunt took it on a cell phone a couple years ago, and I'm not sure much can be done to help it, but I figured I'd defer to you guys' amazing skills and expertise before I gave up on it. My great grandma passed on last week, and my mom and grandma are taking it very hard (understandably; this woman was amazing). I thought this picture was beautiful, and showed her personality more than any other picture I've seen. I thought a copy of this picture might make my grandma and my mom smile during this time, and I'd love to see if it could be improved in any way before I gave them a copy. I completely understand if it's too poor in quality to touch up. I appreciate anyone's and everyone's time who even takes a moment to look at it. You guys are awesome!
