Where can I find `untouched dvd/bluray images` so I can encode them in x265?

Hello, I want to be an encoder, and I realized that some encoders put the source of their releases on the torrent description, saying something like untouched s01-s09 dvd images. And I can't find these images on torrents sites, so I was wondering, are they released in closed hubs/websites? Where can I get an invite to that?

Thank you
