Recommended electives for Financial Math and Statistics?

Hi all, I'm a second year pre-FMS major hoping to be done with the requirements by the end of Spring.

I believe I'm currently subject to the 2014-15 major requirements but I want to petition to change this, because even though I changed my major in Fall 2014, I withdrew days after that and didn't return until this ongoing Winter quarter.

That being said, how best should I go about acquiring the 16 elective units for the major?

I'm thinking about doing PSTAT 130, a SAS programming class because I'm noticing how important coding is as a skill, and also PSTAT 170 because it's recommended preparation for PSTAT 171 which is required. I took CS 8 in Summer 2014, and may or may not take CS 16 before PSTAT 130. I also noticed PSTAT 131 which is another SAS programming class. I'm not a gifted coder by any means but I'm willing to take it up if necessary.

Given that there are options in the Econ, Math and Stats departments, should I be aiming for well-roundedness, or specialization? Can any students in the major or alumni shed any light? For the record I want to go to grad school for a Masters in Business Analytics, Data Science or a similar field.

As I said before I want to be in the major by the end of Spring. I hope to be taking upper divs all through this summer to the end of next Spring, going abroad the summer after that, then finishing the rest of my degree.

I might actually end up taking PSTAT 120A online in the summer. Does anyone have any experience with taking upper division courses online?
