Best way to spend $8K?

I am going to be purchasing a used 2015 JKU and I am planning on spending at most $8K in upgrades. This will be my DD however I plan on getting out to wheel once or twice a month at Uwharrie/Gulches and I'd love to get out to a few Jamborees, so I'd clearly like to increase my off-road capabilities.

The only thing I am 100% sure about is 35's. It'll probably be a coin flip between Toyo Open Country R/T or the Nitto Trail Grapplers.

Other than that I'd love to hear how you all would spend $8k taking a stock rig to something more.
