Bounty hunting and faction reputation

Sorry for the wall of text

Recently started playing elite, excellent game although I was lucky my friend walked me through it because the beginner experience is so complicated.

Anyway I've been looking through multiple sites and posts to clear up stuff about bounty hunting, Keevan Vaas had a pretty good guide but I'm still unsure about the rep gain/loss of major and system factions.

EXAMPLE 1

I'm in Kremainn (Anarchy), the leading government is the House of Grebmo whom are allied to the Federation. I scan a ship near a Nav beacon:

Felix Luna
Mostly Harmless
Lawless
House of Grebmo

I scan this ship and find a bounty, I attack and destroy this ship and receive a 1000 CR bounty reward from Kremainn Corp (Allied with Federation).

Does this action
a) Increase/decrease my reputation with House of Grebmo
b) Increase/decrease my reputation with Kremainn Corp
c) Increase/decrease my reputation with Federation

EXAMPLE 2

In the same system, I scan and claim a bounty from:

Sonya Fireclaw
Mostly Harmless
Lawless
Kremainn Corp (Allied with Federation)

I recieve a 2000 CR bounty reward from House of Grebmo

Does this action
a) Increase/decrease my reputation with House of Grebmo
b) Increase/decrease my reputation with Kremainn Corp
c) Increase/decrease my reputation with Federation

EXAMPLE 3

In the same system, I scan and claim a bounty from:

John Ice
Mostly Harmless
Lawless
Kremainn Corp (Allied with Federation)

I recieve a 3000 CR bounty reward from Party of Kremainn (Independent)

Does this action
a) Increase/decrease my reputation with House of Grebmo
b) Increase/decrease my reputation with Kremainn Corp
c) Increase/decrease my reputation with Party of Kremainn
d) Increase/decrease my reputation with Federation

EXAMPLE 4

I travel to Uzumeru where the leading government is Uzumeru Netcoms Incoroprated whom are allied with Federation , I scan and claim a bounty from:

Logan Crawford
Mostly Harmless
Wanted
Uzumeru Netcoms Incoroprated (Allied with Federation)

I recieve a 4000 CR bounty reward from Uzumeru Netcoms Incoroprated and a 1000 CR bounty reward from Earls of Uzumeru (Independent)

Does this action
a) Increase/decrease my reputation with Uzumeru Netcoms Incoroprated
b) Increase/decrease my reputation with Earls of Uzumeru
d) Increase/decrease my reputation with Federation

EXAMPLE 5

Using the same system fron example 4, I scan and claim a bounty from:

James Moore
Mostly Harmless
Wanted
Uzumeru Netcoms Incoroprated (Allied with Federation)

I recieve a 5000 CR bounty reward from Uzumeru Netcoms Incoroprated and a 1000 CR bounty reward from Alliance.

Does this action
a) Increase/decrease my reputation with Uzumeru Netcoms Incoroprated
b) Increase/decrease my reputation with Alliance
d) Increase/decrease my reputation with Federation

Sorry for the mini test, really confused about the reputation system. Is it better to hunt in anarchy systems or systems that display the "WANTED" tag?

Thanks
