Hookah Newbie. Any reason why I shouldn't pull the trigger on this?

I'm in the market for a hookah and have checked out all the wiki posts and I also plan on getting a lotus and maybe a drako bowl too. But first I need a hookah and to me this seems like a great purchase. So any reason I shouldn't go for it?
