[Discussion] My Poor Case

Ordered a case from NZXT and was excited to start my build when it got here today. Well : http://imgur.com/gallery/6qi4E Needless to say I'm a little bummed. Anyone else have problems getting cases delivered in 1 piece?

I'll also update you guys on how NZXT's RMA process is. They were helpful over the phone but just directed me to the website. The box was ruined so I can't send it back in the same box. I'm curious to see how they expect me to ship it back. I really don't want to spend X money to box it for them etc.
