Snack and age question

I have been making home made apple"chips" by drying apples out in Tue oven. I dont put any seasoning on them, would theu be safe to give to my bunny, he doesn't get fruits too often but he does love his apples and banana's. As for my age question, do rabbit havr thier own aging graph like dogs and cat's do?. My bunny snickers is 4yrs is ue actually or is he older??
