If a newb has only one operator available and asks you to pick someone else...
This happened in a round I was in earlier this evening. A kid, maybe twelve years old, joins us, and one of the randoms on our team picked Fuze. The new kid got on mic and asked really nicely if the guy who picked Fuze could pick someone else because he, the new kid, only had Fuze unlocked. The guy who did pick Fuze did NOT change his pick, even though he had plenty of other choices (we knew this because he had been many other operators in past rounds). So Fuze doesn't change, and we end up with a Recruit. Which isn't necessarily bad, a Recruit--I have a friend who is a beast as a Recruit, even though he has all the operators--but this poor kid joined and wanted to play with his newly-unlocked operator, and he was forced to be a Recruit. Instead of having the original Fuze guy be, say, Rook, AND having a Fuze (newb) on our team, we ended up with a Recruit and a Fuze. The Fuze guy got killed early, he wasn't even a good player.
Don't be a dick. If some kid, because he doesn't have many operators unlocked, asks you to pick a different character so that he doesn't have to be a Recruit, do him AND your team a favor: pick a different operator.
