How do I tell "western" people about my eastern-european comic project?

Greetings from Ukraine, reddit. I'm currently starting my internship in anesthesiology and intensive care, but comics were always a passion, a hobby, a dream. So last summer I started working on a project that precisely is a partly-drawn partly-filmed webcomic.

Something vaguely alike the Daily Prophet in the HP movies, so you can imagine. I mean, part of the comic frames will transform on-click from a drawn image into a full-scale video with actor-play, professional filming and etc.

You may know that in the post-soviet countries people usually think about comics and graphic novels as something immature and childish. That somehow changed with the abundance of comic-themed movies in the last decades, but still stays true. Ergo, the only way for the project to live on is to share the word about it among people who could possibly understand the matter, because I just can't find the right mentality here in Ukraine and neighboring countries.

So, the question. How can I spread the word?

1. I don't have much money to invest in the matter for the time being.
2. I don't have any friends/partners in Europe or America (be it northern or southern). Yet. I hope.

I thank you in advance for your attention. Any piece of advice means a lot.
