[USA-VA][H] PayPal [W] Something better than a ATI 4650

For a friends dirt old PC. It's running a Anthlon II X2 240 and also has only 4gb of DDR2 RAM. Maybe 8gb of DDR2. Not sure if it's worth it to get that as well. I'd need something that wouldn't be a bottleneck for that system. Nothing over the top, like a GTX 950 would be considered overkill. I would get a new processor along side that, but I'll be mailing him this across states and I don't want him to deal with swapping out a CPU. Swapping a graphics card might already be the limits of his capacity to work on a PC xD
