Upgraded front brakes?

I'm about to replace the rotors, pads, and calipers on my truck and was thinking this might be a good opportunity to upgrade rather than just replace. I have an 00 slt quad cab 4wd 4.7, is there a well known set of upgraded brake parts people use on these trucks?
