Camera to film skydiving freefall

I'm looking at getting a camera that can shoot at high resolution (1080-4k) and frame rates (30-120). I'm going to use this camera to film skydiving free-fall. It will be mounted to a helmet and will be susceptible to head movements. It will need to have a good quality wide angle lens. The smaller the size, the better. I already have a GoPro, and I'm looking for something more advanced in order to make fully immersive video without the common pitfalls of an action camera. (white washing, focus, etc)

Can anyone give me some advice or some cameras to explore. My budget is in the range of $1000. I've been eye balling the Sony a6300 mirrorless. Price, size, and video quality all seem to match my criteria. However, I'm not sure how it would perform in this unique environment. I'm new to videography and would like some advice to assist me in my search for the perfect camera.

Thanks in advance!
