[Q] Is there anyone who can help me trade to my "dream knife"

Hi guys!

To be honest i'm a noob at trading with csgo skins, specially with knifes. However i really want to get my Dream Knife by trading. At the moment i own a Kara Rust coat bs with 0.89 float and want to get a Karambit Tiger Tooth or a Doppler. I red some of the popular "Tutorial" for Trading with profit etc. but i never get any cent profit by trading.

And now, before i lie in my bed and start to cry, because I'm a useless trader, i want to ask if someone could help and maybe lead me to my big dream of the Knife that i desire.
