Thief made a fraudulent purchase with my bank account, bank won't reimburse money

Towards the end of last year, I noticed that a random $323.64 fee was placed on my account from TigerDirect, and luckily I called my bank (Chase) right away and got the fraudulent purchase settled and my money reimbursed. However, recently my bank statement seemed off, and upon looking, Chase reversed the reimbursement, and withdrew that amount from my account. I called Chase, but they said that the person who had my card information had enough information on the order that Chase decided that my claim was not a fraudulent purchase. They said they can no longer do anything, and I would have to talk to TigerDirect to sort this out. However, the rep from TigerDirect told me that since they were just bought out by another company, they no longer have access to those records and are of no help. I called Chase one more time, but they still said they could not reimburse my money, but this time I got the name and address that was addressed on the order form from TigerDirect. With this information, what steps can I take? Call the police department for that jurisdiction and try to open a case?
