Caller ID not working

I have already called tier 2 tech support and they can't figure it out. For the last 2 days whenever anyone calls me it shows up "private number." Even when someone in my contacts call, it still shows up unknown or private. I am using a Nexus 6, but I put my sim card in a Verizon Galaxy S6 with the same results. Any one got any suggestions?
