Help with foundation!

Hi ladies!

So I have very fair skin, cool tone (very blue veins). I was using Maybelline Fit Me Matte and Poreless in 110 but then switched to the Dewy + Smooth version when I noticed it made my skin look dry. Unfortunately, dewy and smooth is a completely different shade, the search continues.

I was wearing the Covergirl (?) true match concealer in C1-2-3 so I decided to pick up some C1 foundation at the store. I tried it today and when I got to the car I noticed how it didn't match my neck at all. It was way way too peachy.

What am I missing here? Im a total noob.
