Looking for rental agent

Does anyone know any good rental agents in Ottawa and have an idea how they are usually paid?

We have been looking for a new house to rent now for months and are barely finding anything that meets our requirements.

We are trying to find the following:

  • between $1200 and around $1900
  • nice, modern kitchen and appliances
  • pet friendly indoors and not close to main roads
  • potentially close to nature to walk around
  • garden / backyard
  • house with parking space and potentially garage (one car)
  • around 2-3 rooms excl. bedroom and living room
  • max. 30 min from downtown (currently living at Bayshore which is an okay distance) - this last point is the only one we're slightly flexible with but optimally we wouldn't have to

Thanks for anything that might help!
