Are you glad that amiibo are easier to get?

Discussion

In early to mid 2015 (and of course the original launch) some amiibo were unicorn (some still are) and now as of the retro 3-pack it seems everything is easy to get, especially after the restocks with a chunk of the unicorns.

I ask this because I had a great time on May 29th, release of wave 4, silver mario, and splatoon. It was fun standing outside with all the amiibros, same for wave 5b/6. I legitimately went to Target to get Mewtwo and stood outside at gamestop only to stand in line and talk to the amiibros. I'm glad it's easy to get Lucas, etc. (and that he's not another Ness), but it takes a bit of the fun out if it for me. I'm glad my Gold Megaman (my 50th) had sorta slim numbers because then I got to stand in line.

What are your thoughts?

TL;DR (I don't know how that was too long) When new amiibo launch they're available weeks after launch and pre-orders don't go down in less than 5 minutes. Do you think this takes the fun out, are you glad they're more obtainable?
