Its easy, doesn't take much time out of your day and helps a great deal. Its simple, the resources are online. It's discouraging, you'll get wrong numbers, people who are pissed but its rewarding and it means everything.

Stop putting it off and spend 30 minutes a day doing it! Make a party of it.

I did one last week with 15 people at my bar and it was good fun, doing it again Sunday. Dont be dissapointed later if you did nothing about it today.
