Did Windows 10 ever fix OneDrive integration?

I use my OneDrive Cloud Storage a lot and on windows 8.1 it is really easy to manage. You can right click files to have them "viewable online only" or "offline only" to where you could pick and choose which files/folders you want to be actually downloaded and which you want to stay on the Cloud Storage.

I had tried Windows 10 right when it launched and they had completely removed this system that is vital to me and I had read they were "working on it" or something to that degree.

Basically, has Full One Drive integration been added with similar features to its Win 8.1 counterpart?
