Looking for an anime where everything works out in the end

And also the main character (ideally a guy, but yuri is cool too) HAS to get with best girl. This is the most important part.

I'm pretty sick of finding a cool anime, getting really invested, and then having it shit all over my good time by killing off a character, or making MC get with worst girl. So, in point form, what I want is:

• Main character gets with best girl (I'll decide who is best girl, so just suggest any anime where MC ends up with a girl)
• No main characters can die, except bad guys.
• Pretty much everything has to end up good. Bad stuff can happen in the middle, but the end needs to be good.
• Ideally only the main character gets into a relationship, but this isn't too important.
• Manga and light novels count too, so if an anime doesn't fit these but the manga or light novel does, then suggest it.
