help finding a cartoon!

Does anyone knows about this one? it was a cartoon maybe from the 70's or 80's, about a man guy with bad luck that gets stranded in an island and starts an Omelette business, turning around his luck.

I don't remember anything else about it, but have been searching it for a few months now. Thanks for any information.
