Just Started Playing, Question on Event

I just started playing last Saturday, and I've saved up quartz to do a 10 roll. I decided I'd wait until the event for the chance at event things. But now I see two screens for summoning with quartz. What's the difference between the normal one and the Kara no Kyokai themed one? Will I only get event stuff from the Kara screen? Or does that one have all the normal stuff + the event stuff? Sorry for the dumb question.
